I want to nominate Salma Udayan she’s my staff and backbone of my business.
I am running a Pre school in New Delhi.Since her childhood she fought for herself as she’s a orphan child when she turned 18 she’s joined my school as a dance teacher and now after 7 years of long journey she is a Centre head of my school.She sacrifice everything for my school even first lockdown announced we were totally clueless what will happen next but she started the online classes for my school I almost lost hope for everything but she came a ray of hope to me and we start the online classes with 12 kids now we have 123 kids who were taking online classes with us and they are giving us 100% results and parents are totally satisfied.
When she was 3-4 years of age her both the parents died and then she shifted to “Prayas” than when she turned 11 she shifted to “Udayan Care” and they gave her a surname UDAYAN rest is history.She received the BEST TEACHER AWARD from Dhruv Ratan Award.The picture I am sharing this is home is was orphaned for 11 years.As an orphanage child we all understand how they fight for earning their daily bread and butter so for me she’s the #BreakTheBias woman.
